What We Do

R & D for E-Mobility

We are poised to facilitate an affordable green transportation for the African community through our continuous research and development  which has enabled us to develop and still developing solutions to existing energy related and E-mobility problems.

While the rest of the world are shifting to Electric mobility, Africa is yet to make a step towards this direction. Many Africans doesn’t know what an electric vehicle is, even the educated ones. Many have not even seen one, these are factors suggesting that Africa would be among the late adopters of Electric mobility.

With the help of our partners, we design and build electric vehicles, electric bicycles, electric scooters etc. We customize and convert  Internal Combustion Engine Vehicle to full electric vehicle. We understand  Africa and our heritage and by doing this we are providing affordable transportation and lighting up homes using vehicle to home method (V2H).

ThinkElectric Africa Initiative is working on a micro mobility initiative that will benefit the public in both rural and urban centers.

Education

We facilitate educational programmes that helps young people to be enthusiastic about science and engineering. This programme is geared to inspire young people to excel in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) and to inspire them to pursue a career in engineering especially the women. Our aim is to reverse the stereotype, by making the admission for the Education programme 80 to 20% in favor of the women. We are partnering with other organizations with a proven track to achieve this goal.

ThinkElectric Africa Initiative build the capacity of young people, men and women to take initiatives on environmental sustainability by addressing the lack of skill set and capacity in the renewable energy sector. Our focus is to accelerate the transition to a sustained low carbon emission by enhancing the capacity and capability of young people in our society.

Our goal is to bring employment opportunities for economic benefits and poverty reduction while promoting environmental sustainability at the same time.

Advocacy

Our aim is to expand the access for clean energy that will in turn improve lives and economic opportunities. We demonstrate the benefits of clean energy for productive use. We work with local and international stakeholders to help facilitate an enabling policy environment and encourage private investors.

Think Electric Africa Initiative develops innovative mechanisms that mitigates climate change using models that helps limit the increase in global average temperature to 1.5oC as agreed and documented in the Paris Agreement.
